They load them onto their truck and either take them directly to your new home, or hold them in their storage facility until you call for them. When the pods arrive at your new home, you empty them, then call for pickup, and the company takes them away. It is that easy. You may not even need to be home when the company drops off and picks up the pods. Although pods are excellent any time you are moving house, they are exceptionally well suited to moves in which you will not be moving into your new home immediately.
